Refund and Cancellation Policy

We offer refunds on projects that have not been completed yet.

Eligibility:

  • Refund requests must be made in the first 30 days after payment has been made.

  • Refunds only apply to projects that have not been started or completed

Non-Refundable Services:

  • Any work already completed can not be refunded

  • Third party fees such as domain registrations, software subscriptions, or other costs can not be refunded.
