Refund and Cancellation Policy
We offer refunds on projects that have not been completed yet.
Eligibility:
Refund requests must be made in the first 30 days after payment has been made.
Refunds only apply to projects that have not been started or completed
Non-Refundable Services:
Any work already completed can not be refunded
Third party fees such as domain registrations, software subscriptions, or other costs can not be refunded.
Process:
To request a refund, either send an email to [email protected] or reach out to our support team. Our team will respond as soon as possible and work out the details of your refund.
